To be honest, I was a little disappointed when I saw the title - I thought may be this is another one of those posts on which someone will say RDA is 0.8 g per kg and you can survive with slightly less. But then I read it and you mentioned 1.6–2.4 g which makes sense and I was happy again :D. Great in-depth information. Thanks for this :)
