Check out VeeFriend for instance, very NFT gives access to Veecon (an annual conference) for 3 years. Plus it's an investment that gives high returns bcoz they are very few in numbers. Those who invested initially have already made 10x the money

A lot of upcoming projects are also using NFTs as a crowdsourcing option which will yield returns for investors. Read about Stoner Cats, it's a decent example to start with :)
