Great read! I think meditation and mindfulness are connected. One needs to be mindful to meditate and one can be meditating if they are mindful. As an example, I consider my workout or solo walks a kind of meditation given I am in a state of flow during that time and the mind is completely relaxed. Just my thoughts.
