Good to know that there is no "chosen for distrinution" anymore in the stories. I was a bit disappointed to not see that in my latest stories and thought they haven't been curated. Now I know why :)

While it makes sense for experienced writers who have been perpetually getting curated I feel there needs to be some alternative for newer writers to :

a) Ensure that Medium's quality of distribution does not get affected

b) The writers get a sort of feedback. When I was a new writer on Medium, I would constantly track curation and then analyse the ones tht did not get curated to improve my writing skills. It helped me a lot.

I see Medium making changes and taking in all the constructive feedback so I am happy to see where this is leading. Cheers to the team!
