Congratulations for the new appointment Tony and wish you all the best for the new role. Two things that I would want changed in Medium if I may suggest:

1) Removing or reducing MPP earnings on stories about Medium. Maybe cap it to 3-5 stories per user in his/her lifetime and rest will not be monetized. I would love to see stories about writing tips and tricks but there are too many click baits about how someone made xx on Medium and end up being unrelated. Would love to see relevant content.

2) AI to detect click-bait: Remove stories from MPP whose title or tags are not related to the story. Too many click bait articles that spoil the experience bcoz they don't turn out to be on topics that they were supposed to be for.
